Refund Policy

1. Overview

Restrologic provides a SaaS hospitality intelligence platform on a subscription basis. We are committed to fair and transparent billing. This policy describes the conditions under which refunds are issued, how the refund amount is calculated, and the process for claiming a refund.

All payments are processed through Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited, a licensed Payment Aggregator under RBI guidelines). Refunds are initiated by Restrologic and credited by Razorpay to the original payment method.

2. Subscription Model

Restrologic offers a single subscription tier with custom pricing tailored to each customer. Pricing is not publicly listed and is agreed upon individually in your subscription agreement. Your subscription begins on the date of successful payment confirmation and runs for the agreed billing period (monthly or annually).

3. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a pro-rata refund in the following circumstances:

• You cancel your subscription at any time during an active paid billing period.
• Your account is terminated by Restrologic for any reason other than a material breach of the Terms and Conditions.
• The Platform experiences a verifiable, extended outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours during your billing period that is attributable solely to Restrologic's infrastructure.

4. Pro-Rata Refund Calculation

Upon a valid cancellation, you will receive a full refund for the unused portion of your current billing period, calculated as follows:

If your monthly subscription fee is ₹10,000 (excl. GST), you are billed on the 1st of the month, and you cancel on the 10th of a 30-day month:

GST charged on the original payment is not refundable as it has already been remitted to the Government of India. Only the base subscription amount (excluding GST) is used in the pro-rata calculation.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

• One-time onboarding or setup fees, if any, as specified in your agreement.
• Custom development or integration work completed and delivered.
• GST component of any payment (remitted to Government of India).
• Subscription fees for billing periods that have already fully elapsed.
• Any amounts owed for service usage beyond agreed limits.

6. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• Your registered account email address.
• Your Razorpay payment reference / order ID.
• The reason for cancellation (optional, but appreciated).
• Your bank account details or UPI ID for refund credit, if the original payment method is unavailable.

Refund requests must be submitted during the active subscription period for which the refund is being claimed. Retroactive claims for past billing periods will not be accepted.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

• Restrologic will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days.
• Refund approval and initiation via Razorpay will occur within 5–7 business days of acknowledgement.
• Razorpay's processing and credit to your bank account or card typically takes an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
• Total timeline from request to credit: approximately 7–17 business days.

8. Disputed Transactions

If you believe an incorrect amount has been charged, notify us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and resolve the dispute within 14 business days. Do not initiate a chargeback with your bank without first attempting resolution through this process.

9. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.) via Razorpay. If the original payment method is unavailable, an alternative method will be agreed upon in writing.
