Cancellation Policy

1. Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your Restrologic subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment period beyond the current billing cycle. Restrologic does not impose cancellation penalties or lock-in fees.

2. How to Cancel

To cancel, send a written cancellation request to:

Subject: "Subscription Cancellation — [Your Account Name]"

Please include your registered account email address and Razorpay subscription or order reference in the email. Verbal or informal requests (e.g., via WhatsApp or phone) do not constitute a valid cancellation; written confirmation is required.

We will acknowledge your cancellation request within 2 business days and confirm the cancellation effective date and any applicable refund amount in writing.

4. Effect of Cancellation

• Your access to the Platform's active features ceases on the cancellation effective date.
• Read-only access for data export is available for 30 calendar days post-cancellation.
• After 30 days, all Customer Data (including transaction history, inventory records, and AI-generated insights) is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Any active integrations (POS, third-party APIs) connected to your account will be deactivated.

5. Refund on Cancellation

You are entitled to a full pro-rata refund of the unused portion of your current billing period. The calculation method and processing timeline are detailed in the Refund Policy. In summary:

• Refund = (Remaining days ÷ Total billing days) × Subscription fee paid (excl. GST).
• GST is not refundable as it has been remitted to the Government of India.
• Refund is credited to the original Razorpay payment method within 7–17 business days.

6. Cancellation by Restrologic

Restrologic reserves the right to cancel or suspend your subscription under the following circumstances:

• Non-payment of subscription fees within 7 days of the due date.
• Material breach of the Terms and Conditions that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice.
• Use of the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

In the event of cancellation by Restrologic for reasons other than a breach by you, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the unused subscription period. Cancellation due to a confirmed breach will not entitle you to a refund.

7. Re-activation

If you wish to re-subscribe after cancellation, you may do so by contacting [email protected]. Re-activation is subject to a new subscription agreement and pricing. Previously deleted data cannot be recovered. Historical data that was exported by you prior to account closure remains in your possession.
