Restrologic is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We build software and devices for restaurants, retail, delivery and logistics businesses, and most of our clients are not in Indore at all. We run the work online and come to your outlet when something has to be installed.

Indore has a busy food and retail trade, and it is home to many founders who run several outlets with a small head office team. That is the kind of business we understand best. Owners here tend to want a system that works on the first week, costs a fair amount and does not need a large internal IT team to keep alive. We build for that.

Being in Indore also keeps our costs sensible and our working hours close to yours. We work Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 19:00 India time, so a message sent in the morning is usually answered the same day.

How we work with clients outside Indore

Distance has never been the hard part of a software project. Clarity is. So we put the effort into the parts that keep a project on track.

• Online meetings. Discovery, weekly demos and reviews all happen on Google Meet or Zoom. You see working software every week, not a slide deck at the end.
• Written scope. Before we build, you get a scope, a timeline and a price in writing.
• Remote delivery. Apps, dashboards, AI agents and integrations are built, tested and deployed without anyone travelling.
• On-site installs. Hardware is different. Sensors, scales, printers and gateways have to be fitted and checked where they will live. For that we send someone to your outlet, kitchen or warehouse.
• Support after launch. One named person, Deepak, owns your account and answers when something looks wrong.

What a first conversation looks like

1. You write to us or call. Tell us what you run, how many outlets or sites, and what is slowing you down.
2. Deepak sets up an online call, usually within a working day. Bring screenshots of the tools you use today.
3. We ask questions about the process, the people and the data, and say honestly whether we are the right team.
4. If we are, you receive a written scope with a price and timeline. If we are not, we tell you who might be.

Questions people ask us

Do I need to be in Indore to work with you?

No. Most of the process is online. We only travel for physical installs, and we agree travel in the scope before it happens.

Can I visit your office?

Our registered office is at B 704, Aaditya Gateway, MR 10 Square, Sukhliya, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452010, India. It is an office of record, not a walk-in location, so please book an online call first. If an in-person meeting makes sense, we will arrange it.

Which businesses do you work with?

Restaurants and cafes, ice cream and food retail, delivery and quick commerce businesses, retail and direct to consumer brands, and logistics and fleet operators. If your business is outside that list, ask. The tools we build are rarely tied to one sector.

How quickly can we start?

After the written scope is agreed, we can usually begin within a couple of weeks. Small integrations and reports move faster than full products or hardware rollouts.
